To support this, we are hiring a Marketing Operations Manager who can run the day-to-day marketing machine, support automation, manage projects, and help us scale with discipline.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Manager who combines strong organizational skills, marketing automation experience, and project management ability. Your job is to make sure the marketing department actually moves — on time, with clarity, and with measurable impact.

This role is ideal for a professional with 3–5+ years experience in marketing automation, CRM operations, or digital marketing operations — and someone looking for a family-friendly, hybrid part-time position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Automation & CRM (HubSpot  / WhatsApp / SMS)

  • Build and maintain automated marketing flows (welcome sequences, win-back, lead nurturing, upsells).
  • Manage HubSpot automation, segmentation, and contact management.
  • Implement WhatsApp Business and SMS automation flows (WATI, CallRail, etc.).
  • Own email campaign setup, scheduling, list hygiene, deliverability, and reporting.
  • Work with consultants for technical integration when needed.

2. Project Management Across Marketing

  • Coordinate weekly tasks between our SEO consultant, social media contractor, email team, and internal teams.
  • Create and maintain the marketing calendar: SEO content, social posts, email campaigns, new landing pages.
  • Track deliverables and ensure everyone delivers on time.
  • Maintain marketing documentation, SOPs, and checklists.

3. SEO Coordination (with external consultant)

  • Ensure publication of 4–6 SEO articles per month.
  • Manage content approvals, graphics, and publishing on WordPress/Webflow.
  • Monitor ranking changes and ensure follow-up actions are implemented.

4. Social Media Operations

  • Coordinate content creation, approvals, scheduling.
  • Maintain an organized content library for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok.
  • Work with design contractors to create assets when needed.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Weekly KPI summary: traffic, leads, conversions, email KPIs, social KPIs.
  • Monthly performance consolidation for management.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

6. Cross-Department Marketing Support

  • Support email/SMS communication for Purchase, Sales, and Customer Service.
  • Manage small projects like referral program execution, landing page updates, or new email flows.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across channels.

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 3–5+ years experience in marketing operations or marketing automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Experience creating or managing email automation in HubSpot/Klaviyo.
  • Ability to manage multiple contractors, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel / dashboards.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with SEO processes (content publishing, keyword tracking).
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business / SMS automation.
  • Familiarity with Webflow or WordPress.
  • Background in performance marketing or analytics.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Part-time: ~5 hours per day.
  • Hybrid: 3 days/week from the Herzliya office, 2 days remote.
  • Flexible daytime schedule that suits parents.
